You must know a great deal about bed bugs to get rid of them on your own – I can tell you that there is no magic product or no magic fogger currently that can effectively get rid of bed bugs. You must have the knowledge of how they live and what they can live through so therefore my advice may work for some but may not work for those that do not want to apply what they learn. For this reason I recommend that the best way there is to get rid of bed bugs is by hiring a professional exterminator.
